Harvest Hosts is open to business owners as well as to RV owners.

For business owners, this is an opportunity for you to attract a new world of potential customers and to meet people who share your interests and who want to experience the culture of your region.  This is offered to you as a FREE resource for you to attract new and interesting clientele.  We will list the specialties of your business in the Host Directory free of charge.  There is no obligation other than to welcome our RV owning members onto your property for a single night as a guest, at no charge.

For RV owners who are interested in meeting fellow RVers, if you have space for an overnight visitor you too can become a Host.  Just contact us for details.

Host Responsibilities:

• Understand that RVs can be of varying size, please know what size rigs your property can accommodate.  You have the option to limit the size of the vehicles that you welcome.

• Make sure that your property is accessible for the size rig you have indicated:  no tight turns, no over-hanging tree branches, etc.  Back-in spaces are acceptable.  We ask that you have an area available for one (1) to four (4) RVs, the total number at your discretion.

• Provide a fairly level parking area - parking can be on grass, gravel or pavement.

• Ask for the Harvest Hosts membership card from your guests.

• Inform your employees that you are part of the Harvest Host program and know where you would like your RV guests to park.

All guests are required to travel in a fully equipped and self-sufficient vehicle containing fresh water and waste holding tanks and must remove their refuse, etc. at the end of their visit.  Please click on this link for a review of the Harvest Hosts Code of Conduct.

The details of your participation as a Host are listed in the Host Directory and are posted in that section of our website accessible by members.  Our members will present you with their Membership card and their vehicle will have our annual vehicle badge in their windshield.  They expect no services (water, electricity, sewer, etc.) from you and agree to be completely independent.

In the Host Directory, businesses are divided by region and each is represented with a photograph, name, address and telephone number, geographic coordinates (GPS), type of operation and the number of RVs the Host can accept.
