We have a 20 acre property just north of Orillia. We are at the gateway to Muskoka with access to many lakes and the Trent Severn waterway. Our property borders the TransCanada trail for biking or hiking and we are about a half hour drive to Casino Rama. We have a swimming pond and a clearing with a fire pit, an outdoor shower and some pretty nice sunsets.

Heather and Stu here. We are from Severn Ontario Canada. We love travelling in our van and have spent time the last 2 winters in the Baja. Stu loves music, especially live concerts and yoga. (probably in that order). Heather likes to cook, and loves making things. I am currently into spoon carving, rug hooking, knitting, and basket making is on my hit list. Oh and I am a broom squire. Relics broom company is my side business. We love our van and hope to attend workshops and music festivals on our travels. We travel with e-bikes, but we are still figuring out if they are going to come or go. We have 6 grown children and 4 grandchildren. We love boondocking!

We didn't stay long but we had the chance to chat with the gracious and personable hosts who even went out of their way to put some firewood aside for us to use in their firepit. Their property is beautifully maintained, flat level ground for parking, and easy access to electrical plug. Wish we could have stayed longer and explored the paths to the trails!

Highly personable and accommodating host on a beautiful bucolic setting. I really enjoyed the experience. Thank you.

Conveniently located off Hwy 11 so you trade that for a little road noise. Beautiful country enclave otherwise. Had a great ride to Coldwater on the rail trail.

Stayed here end of April 2023! Very friendly host and very easy to park on stone near barn. As we stayed only overnight we did not use the offered hydro. Did a nice little walk on property to pond and another trail. It was early in the year so still some wet spots on trail. Definitely recommend highly!
