About
This peaceful heritage homestead welcomes RV guests to experience traditional farm living at a gentle pace. From arrival, visitors settle into a calm atmosphere surrounded by pastoral landscapes and the soft sounds of a heritage flock of Border Leicester sheep. Guests are invited to participate in morning chores—watching the sheep come in for feeding, learning about lamb care, and discovering how their distinctive long, lustrous wool is transformed into beautiful, sustainable products that reflect the farm's commitment to traditional practices.
The property is home to remarkable rare and endangered livestock, including Caspian horses—an ancient breed thought to have vanished for centuries until their rediscovery. These elegant, spirited little horses represent living history, and visitors have the opportunity to observe them up close and learn about their unique origins. Additional equine residents, including miniature horses and retired sport horses, love greeting visitors and provide wonderful opportunities for quiet moments and photography.
A cozy farm gift shop invites guests to browse hand-spun wool yarn, homemade soaps, fragrant herbal teas, fresh-baked goods, and natural fiber gifts that celebrate rural rhythms. The market stand often features seasonal produce and fresh free-range eggs from neighboring farms—perfect for travelers looking to support local agriculture. Evening stargazing is an unforgettable highlight, as the countryside location offers brilliantly clear night skies far from city lights.
This location offers monthly weekend workshops and special experiences that deepen connection to heritage farming. Every visit supports the preservation of rare livestock breeds and helps keep traditional agricultural practices alive for future generations.
