No dump but electric is avaliable. Water is also available. We are 2 miles east of I-19, 12 miles North of Nogales. Elevation is 3800 ft. Zip is 85648. Any donation provided for staying will be donated to the Rio Rico Rotary Club Foundation. Money from the Foundation is used for Scholarships, food for the needy and several more depending on the situation. Santa Cruz County is overall a low income County but is a great place to retire because of the Weather and cost of living Our location is on a hill with a great view. Nothing fancy but a safe, quiet spot. Suggested Local Attractions:Tubac Precidio, Tubac Art Colony, Titan Missile site. Nogales Az Museum, Bird Watching., Patgonia Lake, the Mexican border., hiking trails along the Santa Cruz river.

Retired from the Commercial Industrial Insurance field, part time RVer, married and live in Rio Rico Az- Member of the Rio Rico Rotary Club. Details: Native Californian, after retirement sold our home and moved to Rio Rico Az. A rural, hilly area of Southern Az Elevation is 3800 feet and the climate is great. Max temperature in the Summer is 100, and the minimum is about 20 which last for only a few days. We are 14 miles North of Nogales AZ and in spite of the hype from the news media, we feel very safe. My wife Alice and I have lived here on our 2 acres for a little over a year. We have 5 cats and 2 German Shepherds. The dogs are RVers too. From time to time we could have space for one rig with water and electric available We could accommodate up to a 32 foot rig. Our family of many is located in Southern California with a Grandson,formerly a Captain in the Marines, was stationed in Afghanistan. Now a practicing attorney. Access Road Conditions: Paved road, hilly and curvey. 2.6 miles East of Freeway. Over hanging branches should be watched for. Not normally a problem. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: On our RV Pad or other open area. Medium sized vehicles only/ Our pad has a slight slope to the rear so you should be able to easily level your rig if need be!
