About
We are located in El Dorado County just outside the city of Placerville. Apple Hill is about a 10 minute drive, Lake Tahoe is about an hour from here. We have over 100+ wineries within an hours drive. Several with minutes. Our property offers the feeling of the woods while only being minutes from a small city.
Suggested Local Attractions:Old Hangtown, Apple Hill. El Dorado and Amador county wine tasting.

We enjoy boondocking and quading every chance we get
Details:
We try to get out as often as we can but not as often as we like. We re still working full time so down time is limited. We have 3 acres of property in the Sierra Foothills just far enough out of town to feel like you are in the woods.
Favorite Boondocking Locations:
Pismo Beach is\was our favorite place to boon dock.

Access Road Conditions:
You will need to know how to back up your RV. Driveway is gravel and a bit steep so 4 wheel drive is preferred but not required. Depending on your skill level larger Rvs can be accommodated on a case by case basis.

There is plenty of parking for your tow vehicle or you can leave it attached.

House Rules
No use of weed regardless of reason. Light drinking is fine. No generators after 9 pm. Dogs must be kept near trailer on on leash.(we have a large German Shepherd that is not friendly) Boondocking location is far enough from our residence to provide you with as much privacy as you wish.
