75-acre property overlooking beautiful Honey Lake, right on Highway 395, with hopes to close be open the first half of February 2026. The vision is to create an incredible permanent home featuring multiple lodging zones, animal interaction areas, and an amazing welcome center where visitors can watch yarn being made in the mill. Plans include designated RV parking, camping, glamping, and cozy cabins, all with great amenities like propane fire pits, hot tubs, a farm-to-table café, and U-pick gardens. Guests can bring a picnic or grab a picnic pack from the Ranch Store and spend the day enjoying the space.
