About
Let the rolling hills of Paso Robles be your gateway to an unforgettable RV camping adventure where wine, nature, and farm life blend into one harmonious experience. Just 12 miles east of Paso Robles, discover a unique, woman-owned and veteran-operated vineyard that epitomizes the essence of Californian wine country. This charming destination not only offers a serene 10-acre backdrop for your RV but also a chance to indulge in the passion of grape growing and wine tasting, straight from estate and locally-sourced grapes. Imagine waking up surrounded by breathtaking wine country vistas, stepping out of your RV to greet the morning with a cozy picnic table waiting just for you. Here, the guidelines have simplicity in mind: check-in rolls around the leisurely hours of 3 pm to 5 pm, ensuring you have plenty of time to settle in before the golden hour, with a check-out time by 11 am. While the night-time serenity is preserved with restrictions on generator use, your comfort is prioritized with the allowance of propane grills for those evening feasts under the stars. Embrace the eco-centric vibe by mingling with the friendliest residents of the vineyard a merry band of goats eager for both attention and snacks, alongside their six sheep and two free-roaming pigs. It's an animal lover's paradise, sure to delight both young and old. Dive into the heart of this winery's offerings with a personalized wine tasting experience. Tailored around your schedule and the day's rhythms, this is an inviting way to sample exquisite wines, potentially capping your day with the very last tasting, reserved especially for RV camping guests. Should the rolling vineyards captivate you enough to extend your stay, theres always an opportunity to immerse yourself in farm life with a list of chores that promise both fun and a deeper connection to this land. For those who might not fancy wine as much, worry not! The vineyard also produces olive oils, crafts candles, and curates gift boxes, ensuring there's something for every palate. Navigate your way through the picturesque Hogs Canyon via Independence Ranch Rd, keeping an eye out for the upgraded Cabernet-colored gate that marks your entrance to this idyllic retreat. Experience RV camping with a difference, where each day ends with a glass of fine wine, a spectacular view, and the satisfaction of being part of a larger community, even if just for a little while. This is not merely a stopover; it's a deep dive into the layered beauty of Paso Robles, hosted by a vineyard that prides itself on its connection to the earth and its bounty. Welcome to a slice of Californian paradise where the wines are as rich as the experiences.

Parking & Arrival
Take Independence Ranch Rd (NOT Buckhorn Ridge!) off Hogs Canyon, then a left on Hawks Ridge. There are three dips on the way in (the third is the worst). Turn right on Golden Eagle Way and you’ll see our front (green) gate - please use the next gate (the Cabernet-colored one!), only about 100’ past the front entrance. If you see a white fence, you’ve gone too far. (Visited us before? We've upgraded the gate!) Park alongside a picnic table for the best views.

House Rules
Each spot has a picnic table. Generators allowed, but not between 8pm and 8am. No open fires, but propane grills are allowed. We ask that you please review our profile before arriving - this is a one-woman show and we ARE a working winery/farm, and your consideration of our requests helps make your experience (and ours!) more enjoyable! Want to come early or stay late? We have a list of farm chores - there's always something to do around here, and we'd love to have you longer - as long as you work for it! (Melani is laughing as she types this).
Items to Purchase
Your stay includes an opportunity for wine tasting - due to varying arrival times, farm duties, and existing appointments, we’ll coordinate a wine tasting with you upon arrival. We usually save the last tasting of the day for Harvest Hosts, but we’re happy to sell bottles of wine if you arrive earlier! We have a variety of premium, boutique wines, specializing in Bordeaux-style (red) wines. Not a wine fan? We ship gift boxes, or purchase our olive oils, candles, or other merchandise!
