Located in Northeastern Colorado plains, close to Fort Collins, Co and Cheyenne WY. View of the Rocky Mountains on a small acreage. Places to explore include Rocky Mountain Park, Cheyenne Frontier Days and Greeley Stampede. 34 miles South of Interstate 80. 70 miles from Denver.

We have been RVing since about 1997 when our sons were young with a 30 ft travel trailer. Since our boys are now grown, we recently upgraded to a 24 ft Winnebago View motorhome. We love to travel in our new mobile home but continue to have a hobby farm in Northeastern Colorado.

We are half mile off highway with gravel road access. We have a grave driveway with dirt areas for parking both rig and tow vehicle. Backing is required with plenty of turn around space.
