Nature’s Campsites was established in 1972 by the late Peter Lazourack Sr. Purchased from the Bitgood family, Mr. Lazourack envisioned a beautiful getaway where families could enjoy the scenic ambiance this campground has to offer.
Thickly wooded with native pines and bounded by the Pachaug – one of New England’s top rivers for canoeing and fishing – Nature’s Campsites has continued to please generations of campers under the direction of his son Peter Lazourack and grandson Nathan Lazourack.
Our goal is to make you feel like you are part of the family. Our courteous, friendly staff and attentive maintenance crew will help you in any way possible to enjoy the beautiful expansive grounds, and a park full of activities and amenities.
