About
Quiet country riverfront location. Pets are allowed on leash. There are turkeys, hawks, snakes, and other critters on the property as well as a couple stray cats. Occasionally you’ll see river otters, alligators, and definitely bass in the river. Seasonally, if you’re lucky, you may see Manatee feeding on river grass as they migrate from several nearby Blue Springs back to of from their Summers in the Atlantic.

HOST
Currently living the river life in Florida. My wife was born and raised in Florida and set off on her adventure with the Navy. I was born In Maryland and raised in Virginia. We traveled a little in 2 different Class A motorhomes before moving to Florida. We recently downsized to a travel trailer and hope to travel more in 2023 and possibly go full time in 2024.

Parking & Arrival
From the intersection of 17 and 207, a short 3-mile drive on a 2-lane country road leads you to a 1/4-mile-long gravel/dirt (some may consider rough) driveway. We are straight back at the end of the driveway. RV Parking pad is hard pack gravel/oyster shell/dirt/grass mix in front of the garage. Travel Trailers may be best to turn around where my neighbor's driveway cuts to the left and back down the rest of the driveway. Motorhomes can pull past the pad and back in. 15amp and 30 amp available in the garage. Water available, accessible with a long hose, but not currently near the RV pad. Bring a fishing pole or kayaks.

House Rules
No generators after 7pm. Back in Parking Pad has room for about 38'. Anything towed will need to be unhooked and parked near the pad. I can help move trailers around with my truck. Please stay on the gravel strips (with all the potholes. Driving just off the gravel in the grass makes ruts and makes it harder to mow the grass.
