We are in Downtown St Pete! We have RV spots (see photo) with 30amp power & soon 50amp available with water and sewage out. It’s a fenced-in area close to downtown St Pete. Rate amenities in St Pete! Parking Spot A (Northside) can handle longer RVs beyond 25 feet and has 30amp, water and sewage hookups. We have dogs on the other side of the fence and if you have a dog, they will bark back. Parking Spots B & C (Southside) are 25 foot or shorter RV Spots. They currently fly only have water and sewage hookups. 50amp will be installed in the near future. Pets must be on leash. There are tiny homes on this side and there is a potential for interface with other tenants. Please respect the host’s and other tenants privacy. Absolutely no photos or videos of tenants, the host or areas not related to your spot. Trespassing and privacy enforcement in effect. SPOT A IS NEAR WHERE OUR CHAMPION DOGS ARE BUT THERE IS A 6 FOOT FENCE THAT DIVIDES SO DON’T BOOK THIS SPOT IF THAT IS NOT YOUR CUP OF TEA. SPOT B & C are on the other side of the property and are more suitable if you don’t want to be in proximity. Our location is close to downtown offering you power, water and sewage connections. WHERE ELSE CAN YOU GET THIS AND SO CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN ST PETE AT THIS POINT IN TIME? All the reviews about our dogs distracts from the convenience of what we offer!
