About
Purchased our home in June of 2024, it’s just the 3 of us, and our black lab Dakota. Place is overlooking a small creek, and agricultural land. We seeded 5 acres in grass and planted a few dozen Trees. With all this space we decided to start hosting! We have 1 campsite that has a picnic table, and fire pit. Any other parking will be a grass lot in full sun.

Water can be filled, by house at arrival or departure. No full water hook. Have a 20 amp outlet at utility pole if needed. Also, a small inverter generator for use if preferred.
