About
Old Farmhouse on 10 acres with a circular driveway between Lancaster and Baltimore - just off Interstate 83. Plenty of deer wandering around. Nice dogs welcome. 1 Mile from Gunpowder River (known for great tubing & fly fishing) and the 30 mile long Northern Central Railroad (NCR) Bike Trail. Ten minutes from Interstate 83 and ten miles south of MD/PA border. Centrally located to visit Baltimore (30 minutes), Gettysburg, PA (1 hour), or Lancaster, PA (hour and a bit).
30 amp power & water is available. Recently paved driveway and cleared out branches to get our 30' 5th wheel to the property.

We are both retired from the Coast Guard having spent most of our CG and post CG career in Alaska plus other assignments around the US and the world. We are both originally from Maryland. We went full time RV in July of 2021 - leaving Alaska and traveling Canada and the US for a year and a half. During our wandering we stayed at many wonderful HH and BW locations around the US. Now we have been blessed with a great home and property and want to reciprocate/return all the hospitality we received.

Parking & Arrival
Our road is an old 1 lane farm access road which is narrow for 1 mile so drive slow, stay right. Our circular driveway has a slight hill at the entrance (though easily navigable by our 5th wheel and F-250). Parking is on gravel and grass. Plenty of parking for two vehicles on grass. Visitors may want to unhook towed vehicles at the nearby school (about a mile and a half from our driveway).
