You can enjoy the cooking amenities of our Forno Bravo pizza oven & Argentina grill, while listening to the harmonious sounds of talented musicians. Sapori means Flavors in Italian, which is what is conveyed in every one of the dishes; an intoxicating moment of colors, herbs, textures, and aromas that all together express the “flavor” of DFV. The WineRocks venue hosts live music in an eclectic area made from double-stacked cargo containers. Listen to talented local bands and national acts on some Friday nights, every Saturday evening 5-8 and all Sundays 2-5. Accommodates 400. Our Sullivan’s Lounge, named after our winemaker’s father, offers indoor space for hanging out with friends, eating the delectable dishes from SAPORI, or listening to small music acts in the chilly months. Accommodates 100. Our fresh interpretation of a Gazebo is a favorite spot for your own little party and was the original location of our grain bin. It offers a striking locale for a small wedding or party; close enough to see the music on the stage, but quiet enough for intimate conversations. Imagine curling up by a fireplace, reveling in friendly conversation and our internationally lauded wines. The unique sandstone fireplace and artistic ceiling of this round room are the brainchild of the winemaker’s husband - his interpretation of modern and rural ambiance. Accommodates 16. West Terrace: Every Get-Together needs a place to spread out. Our outdoor terrace offers a small fire pit with modern, comfortable seating and a koi pond teeming with aquatic life and waterfalls. It is also the ideal spot for a movie night or a wedding! We have several of them throughout the year. The bocce ball court hosts the large screen and the terrace can accommodate a sizable group. Accommodates 150. Bocce Ball Court: The perfect game with a glass of wine. Our bocce ball court is an ice-breaker for many parties. The crushed granite base makes the optimal surface for either a competitive game or just a casual match. Enjoy a game, sip some wine. The Depot and patio are an ideal setting for a family get-together or shower. The charming indoor and outdoor space is aptly named for its resemblance to a train depot station. The interior space is lined in cedar and features a slate wall with a fireplace. It opens onto its own private patio. Accommodates 35. Our South Patio is a new addition. It is a delightful area with tables and umbrellas, offering views of the vineyard, and a great opportunity for stargazing on those endearing autumn nights. The highlight is a six-foot firepit to gather around and chase off the chill, while you share a special moment gazing into the flames. Accommodates 75. Our centennial farmstead and vineyard are teeming with colorful gardens, entertaining animal life, a wildflower garden for our Monarch waystation, a refreshing waterfall, and a bountiful water garden, all offering breathtaking views of this small but thriving 5th Generation country estate. We are an artisan boutique winery specializing in dry reds. Cabernet Franc is our flagship wine. Our wine selections also feature dry, semi sweet and sweet white wines, dry and sweet rosé. Our tasting menu offers 10-14 wines to taste for a variety of palates. While we are always working of new blends and unique artisan wines, our mainstays are unoaked Chardonnay, semi sweet Vidal Blanc and Riesling, sweet Riesling, dry Cabernet Franc, dry Syrah, and a dry red blend. Local craft beers are on tap, along with domestic bottled beer. Our on-site restaurant offers charcuterie meat and cheese plates, flatbreads and sandwiches that pair well with our wines.
