House Rules
1. Please carefully read, agree to, and follow all property and pet policies listed herein. 2 . Please respect any/all onsite short/mid/long term rental property guests, their personal property and rental spaces. 3. Please respect the property and environment by picking up all trash, (including cigarette butts), and leaving the property in the same condition as found upon arrival. 4. Please do not enter yards of residences, for the safety of guests and their pets. 5. Please do not enter any buildings on the premises, as the property is a historic site under restoration and renovation, therefore not safe without tour guide, (which can be arranged in advance with property owners). 6. Please do not enter pastures or disturb livestock without property owners, for your own safety, (can arrange livestock interactions in advance with property owners). 7. Please be patient and understanding during your overnight stay. As this is a rural property, there are barking livestock guardian dogs and coyotes in the distance periodically throughout the nighttime, which cannot and sometimes should not be regulated by property owners. 8. Please be patient with data signals and be aware prior to arrival, that as a rural property, cellular and Wifi services may be spotty or unavailable at times. 9. Please be understanding and always wear close toed shoes while outdoors anywhere on the property, as the entire property is under historical restoration/renovation. 10. For property tours of historical outdoor spaces and indoor buildings, guests must be accompanied by property owners or a tour guide, which can be arranged with property owners with advance notice. A liability waiver must be signed prior to entering historical spaces and/or buildings.
