We are renovating the home, so we are on-site most of the time. We are full time RV’ers other than the time we spend fixing up the 1800’s Victorian home up. We have loved Boondockers Welcome and thought since we have space, we would offer it. If you want to spend time with us, let us know. If not, we will leave you alone to enjoy the peace and quiet. We are in a small little town that has a gas/ice cream/convenient store within walking distance. There is also a large park with a playground within walking distance. Suggested Local Attractions:A mile up the road is a “diamond” mine that is well known called Herkimer Diamond Mines. It’s a really fun experience to go and mine for Quarts diamonds. In the summer months you can float down the West Canada Creek on inner tubes or kayak. There’s finishing year round.

Access Road Conditions: Right off of a side street on a dead end street. Easy parking. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: There is parking next to the rig or in the driveway of the house.

Please clean up after yourself. Since we are in a residential area, it’s best to keep the area tidy around your rig. If you would like to stay for longer, let us know and we will see if we have availability.
