Deer Springs is a privately owned, pet friendly, RV park located in the Smoky Mountains, 13 miles West of Franklin, NC. We are a small, gated, RV park with a focus on providing large sites in a comfortable and unique setting. Our park has been designed for “self contained RV’s”, and as such, there is no separate bath house on site.
Quiet settings and lots of Nature are the extreme amenities at our park!
