Traust Brewing Co is a woman and veteran-owned, family-run brewpub in Mount Holly, NC. The first beer was brewed in the fall of 2020 out of a small warehouse in Charlotte, NC. In the early days, all of the beer was put into cans and kegs and sold to bars and restaurants in the Charlotte area. In the summer of 2021, Traust purchased an awesome building in downtown Mount Holly, NC. In the spring of 2022, the brewery moved to Mount Holly, too! The brewpub in Mount Holly (#MOHO) offers elevated brewpub food with a Nordic flair, #yournewfavorite beer, wine, cocktails, ciders, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages. There is always something happening in Mount Holly, so check out this week's upcoming events! Our downtown is also quite close to the trailhead for the Riverhawk Greenway a 1.25 mile paved trail that leads from City Hall to Tuckaseege Park. Five walking routes have also been developed by City staff, which allows citizens & visitors alike to explore downtown Mount Holly.
