Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Rio Grande Valley (RGV), Penitas RV & Mobile Home Park is conveniently located just west of Mission, TX, near the bustling city of McAllen, TX. We are a 55+, children-free park with a mixture of long-term, full-time residents, regular Winter Texans (we don’t like to call them “snowbirds”,) and folks just passing through or visiting for a week or two. Our large lots with 50amp service easily accommodate Class A motorhomes, 5th wheels, park models, and everything smaller. We’re outside the metropolis, but close to Walmart, shopping, Denny’s, and great Mexican restaurants and taco trucks.
