This is a parking spot in the back of my property that would fit a van/truck. You enter and exit via the alley at your convenience. It's a pull-in, back-out space. Central location, no more than a 10 min drive to anything. There is absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on or near the property. Unfortunately, I'm unable to host pets. No water or electric available, must be a fully contained vehicle. Absolutely no generators at any time either as this is a neighborhood.

This is a pull in and back out space that is grass. The space is accessed via the alley which is uneven gravel with a pothole or three on an incline. I am on the corner, so once you pull into the alley, the parking spot is immediately on your left.
