This is a 5 acre property. The owner residence is a barndominium. Sites are at different angles to eachother, and with trees and outbuildings, are somewhat private. There is an outdoor shower available to guests, as well as a porta potty (after September 1st) Expect to be aware of, but not encroached by, the presence of the host and other campers. There is a communal firepit available provided there is no burn ban in effect. Extra hose and extension cords are a plus to access hookups, and prior arrangement is greatly appreciated! Access Road Conditions: The property is located on a dirt road for approximately a quarter mile. Site access is via dirt drive, and weather conditions may limit access for extremely heavy rain. There is a sharp curve upon entering the property. Taller rigs would not be ideal for these sites. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: At site for tow vehicle only.
