We are a small quiet 17 space adult RV park located on the edge of Aransas Pass with NO facilities for children ( 55 or better community). Less than one mile from the Conn Brown Harbor and located in the heart of the coastal fishing capital of Texas. Just a 10 minute drive to Rockport or the Port Aransas Ferry. A 20 minute drive to Corpus Christi and everything that a large city has available.
We offer; Free WI FI, water, sewer, 15,30 and 50 amp services. Recreational building with air conditioned Laundry Facilities, Restrooms and showers. Mailboxes, Pool table, Shuffleboard table and a friendly helpful staff are on site and always available.
