About
Grassy spot at the end of our driveway. Must back in. Nice views and a good spot for lawn chairs. We have a fire ring available. Close proximity to our neighbors so respect and low voices appreciated.
Suggested Local Attractions: Smugglers Notch, Smugglers Notch Distillery, Jana's Cupboard (Deli and Bakery), Lamoille Valley Rail Trail access approximately 2 miles away.

House Rules
Our dog (Levi) runs free on the property, but he is very friendly. He is good with other dogs and loves to play fetch. He typically leaves boondockers alone, but don't be surprised if he stops in for a visit. If your dogs are aggressive, please keep them leashed. We have unfortunately had boondockers in the past who’s dogs went after Levi while he was playing on the lawn. Quiet time at 9:00 p.m.
