We have a 20/30/50 electric hook-up and a water hook-up at the site. There is an adjacent firepit and picnic table that you are welcome to use. We do run a small masonry construction business out of our home. Our employees come and go from the yard, but the disruption is usually minimal. During the hot summer months, the pool (adjacent to the site) can get busy with grandchildren/family. On Wednesday nights we often host men's volleyball in the court (also adjacent to the site). Suggested Local Attractions: Lake Champlain, Waterfront Bike Path, Echo Center, Church Street Market Place, Flynn Theater, Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Farms, Vermont Teddy Bear Factory, Ben & Jerry's, Stowe Attractions. There are many farm to table restaurants as well as breweries.

Access Road Conditions: We live on a main road and access is excellent. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: There is plenty of tow vehicle parking next to the camping spot.
