Please note that Very Rural means dirt roads, active farms with farm equipment 'traffic jams', and occasionally cow based odor when the local hayfields are being fertilized. (I do not spray my fields, so they are safe for dog rolling). I have spring water available to fill your tank (but not a full-time "hook up"). Verizon cell service is marginal, AT&T is basically non existent. I have WiFi available - fiber, so you call use it for cell over wifi calling or streaming etc.
