With 41 acres of lush evergreens, mowed trails, friendly farm animals, and the soothing sound of a seasonal waterfall, this is more than a stopover — it’s a sanctuary to unplug, slow down, and reconnect with nature. 🚐 The Stay: Your stay includes a single, secluded gravel RV pad (42’ W x 45’ L) with easy access through a paved, gated drive just off the main road. The site is surrounded by manicured grass and trees and includes: 🔹 A picnic table 🔹 A landscaped 10x10 dog kennel with a cleanup station 🔹 Ample room for slide-outs and truck parking beside your rig 🔹 A nearby standard outlet ($15/day) 🔹 Generators welcome, even during quiet hours 🔹 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (No potable water or dump station — both available in nearby Raymond). There is road noise from the Main Street, but quiets after 6p M-F. Weekends are much better without the log trucks going by. 🐾 Pets: Dogs are welcome but must remain: 🔸 Leashed at all times 🔸 Or safely in the on-site kennel This includes while on the trails — thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and happy! 🌅 Scenery & Wildlife: 🔸 Enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset views 🔸 Walk peaceful forest trails 🔸 Keep an eye out for local wildlife: raccoon, fox, eagle, deer, elk, coyote, bobcat, cougar, and black bear. Bird watching as well with Eagle, Red Tailed Hawk, Owl, Blue Cardinal, Doce, Pigeon, Swallow, & brightly colored summer finch. 📡 Connectivity: 📶 Cell service is inconsistent depending on your carrier. Loaner walkie talkie to have constant connection with us to meet your needs and answering your questions throughout your stay. We are at your beck and call.
