I have several sites available on two acres. All have water & sewer. One has 50A, 2 have 30 A. Donation for electric $5/night--when using electric heat or 50A These are on grass which is kept mowed. Some shade trees, but satellite is accessible We attempt to keep our sites "big rig" friendly. With a 12' 6" high RV I've learned this is often a problem. Suggested Local Attractions:Busch Gardens , Disney, Gulf beaches, Tampa bay, Tampa Aquarium,Lowry Park Zoo. Close to grocery shopping and several malls within 10 miles. 5 miles to Lazy Days, 1 mile to Campingworld.

Access Road Conditions: We're at the corner on 2 county paved roads, only a mile from I-4. Just call or email for hints/detailed directions. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Plenty of room--all grass. Mostly level--about 1 acre. About 100' to nearest street.

Prefer guests who are able to reciprocate. (i.e.: are you able to provide a site for our rig--40') Prefer at least 3 day notice--we don't have good wifi, so I don't check email daily. Because of our location and winter climate, it's best to request date early. We are in a rural area, across the street from a strawberry field. We like to be considerate of the neighbors and expect our guests to do the same.
