Easy and quick access to Hwy1 and Hwy2. Cozy, quiet, secure fenced in backyard driveway. Shopping and all services within walking distance (7min). Biking paths, parks, and playgrounds nearby. Bus stop 50 yards from the house if you wish to visit Downtown Calgary. Laundromat in the neighbourhood - 5 min drive. We will be happy to share the tips and recommendations re travelling through Banff, Jasper, Yoho, Kootenay National Parks, and assist you with planning your trip as we are familiar with the Canadian Rockies, Alberta and British Columbia. We can accommodate B class RV, a truck camper, a van, small C Class RV or a small trailer. Up to 20ft size will fit inside our property with the gate closed. If your RV or trailer is longer than 20ft then the gate will have to remain open. Note: we can accommodate motorhome RV max 25 feet total length, or travel trailer max 22 feet length including a hitch. There is a very slight slope on the pad so you may want to level your RV a bit. We have boards and bricks available and will help with the process. A trailer would have to be unhitched. Your towing vehicle can be parked on the street, in front of our house or in our driveway. Cozy shelter (rain proof) our furnished patio with a fan and a heat lamp, plus outdoor loungers, fire pit and cooking/prep table are available for our guests.
