The property is 40 minutes north of Williams. If your GPS takes you into Williams that is the wrong location. IMPORTANT NOTE: The last one mile to the location is a bumpy dirt road. Imagine the worst road you’ve been on - this is slightly better and if this is the worst you’ve been on .. well then live a little. In the past, some people complained about the dirt road not being in good shape due to rains. Please know that we are not responsible for or even aware of the road conditions to the property. Unfortunately, the county has done no maintenance since the early 1990s and has no plans to. The quotes we have received to fix just the worst parts have been between $35,000 and $50,000. Lastly, check the signs on the way in the area about fire danger and whether you are able to have a campfire or not. If you are allowed, please make sure to fully extinguish it.
