Please note that slideouts cannot be used. Our home is in a large retirement community called Sun City Festival (like a 5 star resort). Many amenities are available. A very nice dog park is in the community only a half mile away. A nice and private courtyard is available most days, or our back patio is available as well. We are located 10 miles outside of the city of Surprise. Very quiet with no freeways close by and no train or airplane noise. Suggested Local Attractions:Winter baseball camps, hiking, dining, etc. Our community has an incredible swimming pool, golfing, pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, etc. A gorgeous location.

Access Road Conditions: Easy access for pull in or back in. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Room in driveway for a B class van 25' or less. No trailers allowed, sorry! Sleeping in the camper isn't technically allowed so it'd have to be stealthy (curtains drawn at night). Parking in the Driveway is fine, but slides must stay in. No generator usage, but 30 Amps of power is available.
