Welcome to SKP KOFA Ko-Op, a beautiful desert oasis in the Escapees RV Club network! Located in Yuma, Arizona—the sunniest place on Earth—our park offers a perfect winter retreat with 154 spacious full-hookup sites in a friendly 55+ community. Our park operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservations accepted. We welcome short-term visitors from October 1st through April 30th each year. While space can be limited during peak winter months (December-March), we always do our best to accommodate fellow Escapees members. During your stay, enjoy our heated swimming pool and spa, modern clubhouse with Wi-Fi, outdoor kitchen with BBQ area, Tiki bar, and numerous activities. We're pet-friendly with a large dog park, and our amenities include a reverse osmosis water system, convenient propane service, and clean laundry facilities.
