Looking for a place to be completely alone? No nearby neighbors? Thunder Mountain is a very secluded 80 acre property with a private section of river flowing through the middle. You will enjoy the outdoor tub overlooking the river, free kayaks, and 4 miles of hiking trails completely on your own, surrounded by pine and hardwood forests in the Ouachita Mountains. The vacation cabin at the center of the property is our primary business. We allow camping between cabin guests - but they never overlap. If your stay will be on a cleaning day, we will let you know exactly when our cleaner will be there so you can plan your activities.
