We live in a very quiet subdivision of homes mostly on three-acre lots, four miles outside of Alma, AR, approximately 5 miles from both Interstate 49 and Interstate 40. We are four miles outside of town, including Walmart, Dollar General (of course!) and several restaurants, including The Catfish Hole, Mexican, Cajun, and most of the popular fast-food restaurants. Fort smith is 25 minutes to the southwest. Crabtree RV is located in Alma (Grand Design and Coachmen dealer). There is plenty of room to maneuver up to about a 35-foot trailer/fifth wheel or a larger motor home. The way the driveway is oriented, it is best to enter from the north unless you’re towing a considerably smaller trailer. Parking is on gravel. Inverter generators are allowed, but no open-case generators since neighbors are only a couple of hundred feet away. No hookups, but you’re welcome to add some fresh water. You’ll need at least a 50-ft. hose. There is a Love’s with a dump station ($10) just off I-49, Exit 24.
