Located in Beautiful Bonsall, California, North County San Diego on 5.5 acres and in collaboration with non-profit, Right Layne Foundation, LLC. At Dirty Bird Ranch we offer a free range farm animal experience to reset the mind and soul. We also offer services from rescue, fostering and adoption of horses and farm animals to private events, mental health days and wellness programs. We work closely with the mental health and ASD community in addition to local rescues to provide a safe place for people and animals alike. 100% of all donations go right back to the animals and our ASD scholarship program including but not limited to: vet bills, animal feed, farm day trips, camps.

Drive straight down, past the barn on your left to the bottom follow the road to the right and park to the left of the small white utility trailer, not blocking the driveway, leaving room for other potential campers.

We offer a "layover/stay in your area" experience for travelers which is a suggested "minimum of $20 to support your host" listed on Harvest Host Code of Conduct, please make sure to familiarize yourself with it. Or we offer a $40 per party, hands on full experience with the farm animals. This is how we make our money to the general public by private guided tours, which are normally $100 an hour, visit our FB page to book this option. Please make your $40 donation before arrival so we know you want this option. If you arrive after dark and do not pre pay we assume you want the layover option. Please stay in your designated area if you are not interested in this activity and please no unattended children. Please stay out of residential area which is past the dumpster and up the hill from the horses. We have a quaint gift shop offering ranch apparel, drinks, snacks, food for the animals and other novelties, please ask for assistance. We are a non profit and tax deductible donations are appreciated.
