About
We live in Clipper Mills in Butte County in the Plumas National Forest. Area is famous for the longest audio of bigfoot. Check out bigfoot howls in Clipper Mills YouTube. Our lot offers a large circular drive way that can accommodate an rv or trailer or two. You can stay overnight while traveling to one of many beautiful campsites near us with lakes and trails and just as beautiful as LakebTahoe only not many people to overcrowd the areas up here
We are a secret treasure that still is very much unknown to many. So enjoy off road or a hike or fishing or just relax.

No generator noise so if need electric hook up there is a $15 charge. No dumping station. We have charging for EV $15 per charge. If need propane we can get filled from 7am to 6pm most days. Water is $ 5
