About
We have 37 acres located on the Colorado/Wyoming border. 42 minutes northwest of Ft Collins, 36 minutes west of Cheyenne, and 47 minutes east of Laramie. 8 miles off US 287 on gravel road. 12 miles south of I-80 on gravel road. Easy access to National Forests and State Parks ideal for hiking and mountain biking. Several lakes and reservoirs within a short drive.
We offer a large open space with easy access to accommodate almost any size RV. Space is large enough for groups traveling together.
We are pet friendly and have 2 happy to see you dogs.

Hello we are empty nesters from Northern Colorado that have been RVing for 7 years. We would like to transition into full time RVing in the future. Currently travel with our dog Rukus (blue tick/meth lab). Our favorite destination is where the truck takes us.

Parking & Arrival
Open site easy to turn around. We personally pull doubles and have plenty of room to maneuver. Photo attached. Tow vehicle parking next to site. Gravel county road to driveway. Follow driveway towards house turn right at the pine tree go past the house about 30 yards. Setup near the water hydrant and electrical the best way that works for you.
