Discover RV Camping at a scenic working ranch set against sweeping mountain views. Unplug in a spacious 6-acre boondocking field or choose gravel power sites with electric and non-potable water hookups. Meet friendly Great Pyrenees, goats, pigs, chickens and more--treat bag and fresh farm eggs available. Optional activities include lake boat trips, private shooting range instruction and guided mountain Jeep tours. Pet-friendly grounds invite off-leash play; propane fire pits welcome.

15 amp and non potable water is 35 a night total with weekly rate at $210. 50 amp and non potable water is $50 a night and $300 a week.
Septic dump is $40 one time use as we are on septic. Free dump station available in Durango or Cortez. Thanks
We cannot fill our power lots and loose revenue when you give us a shorter than 14 day notice for cancellation. If you book a power lot we expect you to pay if cancellation is less than 14 days out. Our rates are less than half of the local rv parks.
