Whether traveling North or South on 395, the Mannderosa is right off the highway with plenty of room to park your rig for the night. Our home sits on Hopeville Pond and we are far enough away from the city that you can enjoy the starlit sky at night and a beautiful view of the waterfront during the day. PETS: If you are carrying horses, there is a fenced in paddock and water. We also have a small fenced in portion of the yard if you have a dog that needs to get out and run, feel free to let them loose. CHILDREN: There is a yard and driveway that your kids are welcome to play or ride their bikes. ELECTRIC: We have one 50/30 amp space and also boondocking available if there is more than one RV in your group. There is plenty of room to turn your rig, with some considerations necessary for a very wet season. Generators are welcome we just ask that they be turned off by 10 p.m. unless medically necessary. OTHER: Water and WiFi is available. DUMP STATION: There is a dump Station close by at Hopeville State Park down the road during the open season. ACTIVITIES IN OUR AREA Down by the water we have a deck with a firepit, a dock with a kayak / paddle board launch. The deck is a great place for relaxing and taking in the views and enjoy the peace & quiet. We are just down the road from Hopeville State Park and the Pachaug Forest for hiking and or riding your horses. Griswold/Jewett City offers all the usual grocery stores, restaurants, home and auto needs. We are within 40 minutes from Foxwood and Mohegan Sun Casino, Mystic and other waterfront/beach areas.

We have options for parking Grass and Pavement. Check in with us to determine best place to park your rig. There is plenty of room for your rig and tow vehicle and for turn arounds.
