My property is a 0.24-acre vacant lot located in a peaceful rural area of Dunnelon. It is the perfect base camp for exploring the 'Nature Coast'. We are just minutes away from: *The world-famous Rainbow Springs State Park (tubing, kayaking, swimming) * Witchlacoochee River offers plenty of recreational activities. * Lake Rousseau with plenty of Cypress trees, bluegill, redear sunfish, catfish, and more. * Horseback Riding at the Orange Blossom Trail Rides * Blue Run of Dunnelon Park (gators and more gators) * Blueberry picking, Rainbow Springs Art, the Historic Train Depot * Fort Island Gulf Beach & Crystal River to see the manatees. This is pure, authentic boondocking. There are no hookups, no well, and no electricity on-site. You must be 100% self-contained. The lot is flat, grassy, and kept natural. It offers plenty of privacy compared to a crowded RV park.
