As longtime Harvest Hosts members, we’ve soaked up the charm, kindness, and character of the places we’ve stayed. Now, here on the Emerald Coast, it’s our turn to give back. Welcome to our Roasting Company, in the middle of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, near the Gulf and Highway 98. We love sharing our little coastal corner — the creativity, the community — with fellow wanderers. Whether you’re rolling in for a night, curious about our roastery, or simply looking for a place to pause your journey, we’re grateful to host you. Settle in, breathe deep, and enjoy the easy rhythm of downtown Fort Walton Beach with us. The HH space is in walking distance of bars, restaurants, and local favorites. It literally is a place to park as an alternative to a rest area, parking lot or a side street. Some evenings are busier than others, and as a recent review has described, it can be hectic. Our building is a functioning business during the week with our team showing up to work at 6:30 AM, and some of the night life active until late into the evening.
