Wake up to water views and sunset skies at this beautifully landscaped, park-like backyard on a quiet canal. Enjoy RV Camping for well-maintained self-contained motorhomes or campervans up to 25' (one rig plus one towed vehicle). Included: WiFi, trash/recycling, waterfront tables, abundant seating, outdoor games, and an easy kayak launch. Mostly fenced and gated for a safe, orderly stay; max 2 pets. Easy drive to nearby mineral springs and Gulf beaches.

No loud air conditioners (mini splits only). Only first night allowed for free if no hookups. $30 if purchase both electric and water. Electric is surge protected new install - safe, reliable. Water is from a well and has natural minerals and is softened with salt and tiny bit of hydrogen peroxide, no fluoride. I don't think it tastes good unless filtered.
