Greetings! Welcome to Sarasota! I live 20 minutes from the nearest beach at Lido, 35 minutes to Siesta Key Beach! There are many good restaurants in business areas near by. There is a Mennonite grocery store 10 minutes drive away, that is a very unique experience with great prices. There are several attractions around Sarasota. Many more then I can list here. Selby Gardens is very nice! Saint Armand's Circle if you like to window shop is near Lido. There are great places to eat there too.

$5 Water. The hose bib on the front of the house does not function. Please do not try to connect to it. There is a hose bib inside a lanai, you require approx 100' hose to reach it. $5 Shore power 120V@20A I have extension cord you can borrow. The outlet will not charge an electric vehicle or toy. It will charge an E bike.
