We are sorry but we can't accommodate skoolies or other conversions, due to complaints. If approved please follow the directions that are sent. If you put in our address it will take you down a road that you will either have to back down or you will have to navigate low tree limb/branches. Your spot to park is near my detached garage, on the corner side of our lot. There are approximately 30 feet between the fence and the residential roadway. A 30-amp plug on a 20-amp circuit is available and should cover most of your needs. Water is also available but is well water and should not be consumed (only for showering, cleaning, etc.). Dogs must be on a leash at all times, not constant barkers, and must be cleaned up after on our property, as well as in the neighborhood. Barbecue grills and manufactured fire rings are welcome, but building a fire on the ground is not allowed. There is no actual area for kids to play outside on the property. There are city parks nearby that can be used, as well as a biking/walking trail. We are close to a Sunrail Train Station (roughly a $10 Uber/Lyft ride from our property) that can take you to Winter Park, Orlando, Kissimmee, and other locations. Same day check-in may be OK. Stays longer than 2 days may be ok as well and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and our schedule. Arrive whenever it’s convenient for you, but we may or may not be there to greet you, especially if you arrive after dark. We limit our calendar to two weeks prior to a stay, so consider this when looking to stay with us. We do this because we make a lot of last-minute trips and don’t want to cancel stays if we decide to go out of town at the last minute.
