About Build a Dream We are a US registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit with our hearts firmly planted in Pensacola, Florida. We award micro-grants to women entrepreneurs, deliver food and essential supplies to struggling families, bring homemade pizzas to the nonprofit workers quietly holding this community together, and gather our neighbors around the table as often as we can, creating friendships that hold this community together. We are also home to the Women of the Gulf Cultural Collective — a grassroots program seeking out and celebrating the women of this Gulf Coast Town whose creative work carries its culture and memory. The dancers, the makers, the storytellers, the healers. The women who have always been here, doing the work, without a stage. We are building that stage, creating space for dreams.
