About
Long driveway in a residential neighborhood . Our location is a five minute walk from the St. John's River and 15 to 20 minute walk to downtown Sanford. Water connection is provided as well as 110 electric. Partially shaded by an oak tree. Quiet neighborhood. Slideouts generally can be used.
Suggested Local Attractions:St. John's River, various springs within a half hour including Blue Springs with hundreds of Florida manatees during the cold spells, downtown Sanford, Central Florida Zoo, near Sunrail which can take you to Winter Park and Downtown Orlando, half hour from Mt. Dora, 40 minutes from NSB, one hour to KSC and the Mouse.

Family of faith with three boys under 12 who are homeschooled
Details:
We're offering boondocking at our home in large part because we are interested to learn more about long-term RVing. We have lived in Central Florida for over 20 years and are knowledgeable about the area and its points of interest.
Favorite Boondocking Locations:
None yet. Costco would appeal to us with those famous $1.50 dogs and soda.
Skills or Expertise to Share:
Very limited mechanical skills. We have a thorough acquaintance with non-touristy areas of Central Florida.
