I have a 10 acre fenced property, 1 acre is my home-site and the rest is grass pasture with old oak trees. There are 3 water stations, 2 with 30 or 50 amp and 1 dump station. Friendly well behaved doggos are not required to be on a leash. Mine are not. Please do not pick up the free fertilizer they make unless it is near a building or walkway. If you want a day to wash or wax your RV or do basic repairs, catch up on laundry, there is a washer and dryer in the barn. There won't be another RV within 150' of you. I'm around most of the time. I can be found working on some project in the barn (man cave). The city of Webster, 4 miles away, has a weekly Monday flea market. This is a good place for fresh vegetables. Across the street from it, is a Mom and Pop type butcher and grocery that sells fuel also. The Walmart is 12 miles away in Bushnell. If you have Walmart plus they do deliver here. Often the sunrise and sunsets are amazing. We have no lights on the property and star gazing is really good on clear nights.
