Welcome to Mountain View Campground in Hiawassee, Georgia Mountain View Campground is a quiet, peaceful, primarily adult oriented campground nestled in the North Georgia mountains. We love kids and they are certainly welcome, but our amenities cater more to the adult. :) ie; no pools and playgrounds..We offer live music many weekends, and sometimes offer karaoke in the music barn. We have two venues - one outside enjoying the sun setting on the mountain background is a favorite! Our indoor venue is a live stage with 80 theater seats. We have a Gathering room where there is a comfy couch, puzzle station, ping pong, and many of our pot lucks are hosted here as well! Also our Rocking Porch is a favorite of the campers, and many enjoy a beverage and chatting in the evening. Every Thursday is our community bon-fire where we provide s'more fixin' and hot dogs for folks to roast and tell one another about their days events. This campground promotes community in a safe and fun environment. Also, we have a strict quiet hour policy! :) People seem to enjoy being able to sleep at night without too much crazy noise. LOL
