A picnic table and fire pit are available to help you relax and make the most of your stay. The property includes a home and shop on approximately four acres, with potato, sugar beet, and wheat fields stretching out in every direction. It’s a peaceful agricultural setting with beautiful rural views. Shipley Farm is conveniently located just minutes from town for groceries, coffee, and restaurants, while also being close to excellent outdoor recreation. American Falls Reservoir is popular for ice fishing in the winter and boating or water skiing in the summer. Springfield Lake is a great option for fishing from a small boat. Craters of the Moon is just across the way for unique volcanic landscapes and hiking opportunities. Sterling Wildlife Management Area is nearby and well known for bird watching and seasonal hunting.
