We are a rural home on the edge of suburbia. Located between interstate 72 and 74 and a short jaunt to Champaign. We are minutes from Riverbend Forest preserve which has great fishing and a place for kayaking. And less than 10 minutes from Lake of the Woods. Our property is part of a previous farm, with lots of shade trees. And while there's no active farming we do have ducks, and a couple of doodles. There is a long gravel drive for easy parking with plenty of shade. We have power hook up year round and water depending on the season. We have over 1/2 acre of open space and all furry family members are welcome. Depending on the time of year you're you're welcome to pick pears, mint and tomatoes. And you're welcome to use the back porch and chairs.
