Camp Ames is located on the scenic Mississinewa River 3.5 miles outside of Peru, Indiana. Bald eagles are a huge attraction in this area. It's just a peaceful, quiet place to visit. We offer full hookups for self contained units only. Bring you own drinking water. This is not a public campground it is our private farm that we share with fellow members and our friends. Arrangements for additional nights for a donation of $50 per night can be arranged at the same time your original reservation is made. We will let you know if space is available.
